Minimum Age Requirement:
  • L.K.G: 3 years

  • U.K.G: 4 years

  • Standard I: 5 years and corresponding age increases for higher classes (as on 1st June).

  • Birth Certificate must be attached to the application form.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC) should be submitted at the time of admission.

Importance of School Diary:

  • The school diary serves as a vital communication tool between parents and the school.

  • It must be brought to school daily, and parents are requested to check and communicate through it regularly.

Uniform and Grooming

  • Students must come to school in neat and tidy uniforms.

  • Boys should maintain regular haircuts, and nails of all students should be properly trimmed.

Punctuality

  • Students are expected to arrive at school at least 10 minutes before classes commence.

  • Latecomers may face disciplinary action.

Leave Policy:

  • Leave is granted only on written application from parents.

  • In case of absence due to illness or emergencies, a leave letter must be sent to the school on the first day of attendance.

Attendance and Discipline:

  • Irregular attendance or prolonged absence may result in removal from school rolls. - Discipline is strictly enforced across all school activities including playtime, studying, and library use.

Health and Safety:

  • Parents are advised not to send children to school if they are sick with contagious illnesses until fully recovered.

  • Students should maintain discipline and respect school property at all times.

Homework and Parental Involvement:

  • Homework is assigned to reinforce classroom learning.

  • Parents are encouraged to assist their children but not to complete homework for them.

  • Parents should check the diary daily for assigned homework and school updates.

  • Feedback and complaints should be forwarded to the Principal/Chairman for appropriate action.

  • Parents are encouraged to meet the Chairman/Principal by appointment to discuss any concerns or offer suggestions.

Personal Belongings:

  • Students are advised not to wear valuables to school, as the school will not be responsible for any loss.

  • School fees are non-refundable once paid.

  • Fees should be paid annually or in three installments, as per the school's fee payment policy.

Parental Cooperation

  • Parents are requested to refrain from picking up their children during school hours to avoid disruption.

  • Changes in contact details or address should be promptly communicated to the school office.

Nutrition and Prohibited Items:

  • Parents are urged to provide nutritious snacks and meals to their children.

  • Items like aerated drinks, sweets, chocolates, bubble-gum, toys, and gadgets are strictly prohibited on campus.

  • Usage of media phones, gadgets, or smart devices by students within the school premises is strictly prohibited.

  • In case of unforeseen holidays or delays in communication, students will be retained at school until parents arrive to pick them up personally.
